Program Overview:
Creative Apple is a Liberian-owned business solution agency for small businesses in Liberia.
Our goal is to help small Liberian own businesses solve the toughest business problems.
Creative Apple provides a strong, energetic, productive, trustworthy and professional team as
an outsource marketing, sales, finance, or para-legal department to meet business needs and

is helping small businesses succeed in Liberia. In other to better serve our numerous clients
and also provide over 1000 jobs opportunities this year, Creative Apple is launching an
internship program that will give beneficiaries on job-the-trainings with its clients in various
disciplines and a possible employment with a client. Beneficiaries will also benefit from a
monthly Career and Personal Development Workshop. Interested individuals can apply for any

1: Cashier (Females Only)
We are looking for an efficient, courteous female intern who possesses excellent service skills
to serve as a CASHIER for one of our clients.
To succeed as a Cashier, you will be train to have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy.
You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent
service.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and
providing advice or recommendations.
• Operating scanners if need be, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt
to every customer.
• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
• Maintaining a clean workspace.

2. Warehouse Clerk (Females are encouraged to apply)
The role of a warehouse clerk is to receive, organize, monitor and maintain the company’s
stock. The role of a warehouse clerk will also include packing orders, stocking shelves,
unloading deliveries and managing stock records. Working as a warehouse clerk can be a good
fit, if you’re physically fit, enjoy variety in your job duties and are willing to work odd hours.
Although this job is an internship position, the skills you gain via your on-the-job training can
help prepare you for a more advanced warehouse job with experience.
Responsibilities:
• Bagging or wrapping purchases base on valid receipt from cashier to ensure safe
transport.
• Handle company’s incoming and outgoing merchandise and manage the company’s
stock.
• Load and unload items from delivery van, move merchandise to the appropriate storage
area.
• Prepare outgoing shipments/deliveries and check that orders are complete and not
damaged.
• Write reports about deliveries and inventory levels daily.
• Maintain the storage area; and replenish work supplies.
• You must be in good physical shape since you will spend a lot of time walking around
the warehouse, climbing ladders, lifting and moving items, or operating warehouse
equipment.
• Closely following safety guidelines in the warehouse is critical since the physical demands
and using the equipment can lead to accidents.
Education Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Expect to learn the client’s procedures for record keeping, order processing and inventory
management. (You may also complete additional training to learn to use a forklift safely,
and to qualify for forklift certification. This can require watching video lessons and
demonstrations, practicing using the forklift under close supervision, and taking a
practical qualification exam).
3. Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Females are encouraged to apply)
Marketing Coordinators are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication
skills and excellent time management. To ensure success, interested individuals must be willing
to serve. Interns in this position should be detail-oriented and will be train to have an
understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand
voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top candidates should exhibit critical
thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Help develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
• Help implement marketing plans that will also include print, broadcast and online
content.
• Help create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design
teams by coordinating and collating content.
• Help setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Help conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media
coverage.
• Help traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
• Help develop and manage all internal communication systems.

intern to serve as sales supervisor for one of our clients. Under the supervision of CA, you will
be train to play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company
revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet
and exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
• Help research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital
resources
• Help recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Receive and report on all sales leads

their district.
To be a successful District Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent organizational,
administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication,
interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity, presence and ensuring all Sales
Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handling urgent calls and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable,
answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and
scheduling marketing events.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and
ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries
are handled efficiently.
• Help in developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records,
prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

• Responsible for day to day sales and marketing activities in your assigned county– part
numbers, prices, literature, tender support, etc.
• Responsible for the distributions of our client’s products/services in territories to be
defined.
• Manage and record all sales enquiries via CRM
• Create customer, log details in the CRM
• Liaise with logistics/order desk to ensure equipment for supporting events such as
• Distribution of products, meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows is in place.
• Assist in production of sales and marketing literature.
• Assist with the implementation of marketing plan provided by Creative Apple for their
clients – eg. social media, advertising, PR distribution, etc.
• General support to sales team as required, travel cover etc.
• Occasional travel may be required.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be train to have a deep understanding of the sales
process and dynamics and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a field or
selling role is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Looking for new sales opportunity daily.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating product pricing, features and benefits with prospective customers.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Understanding and promoting client’s sales & Marketing programs to ensure availability,
accessibility and visibility in your community.

8. Product Packager (Females are encouraged to apply)
Packagers place completed products into containers and prepare them for shipment by
weighing, labeling, and recording information about each package. Packagers must then ensure
that the prepared packages make it to their designated locations, such as loading zones or into
inventory. Packagers must be thorough in their work. Attention to detail is key. They must be
able to use hand tools, adhesives, padding, and other products to protect the item. Packagers
must keep a clean work area and observe all company safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Identify and dispose of defective items.
• Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.
• Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

9. Promoters (Be willing to travel frequently out of Montserrado County)
We are looking for a competitive and proactive intern to serve as a Promoter who will strive to
meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for our client’s brand, by promoting
the products and/or services they provide. You will be responsible for advertising our products
and/or services through marketing activities, such as in-person demonstrations, at different
events.
To be successful as a Promoter, we will train you on how to stay up to date with product and/or
service features and represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.
Responsibilities:
• Setting up and maintaining a demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth at
various events.
• Keeping the demonstration area tidy and well stocked with products, samples, and/or
literature.
• Demonstrating the features of a product or service to potential customers.
• Employing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows to share
information about a product or service, when necessary.
• Answering any questions potential customers might have about a product or service.
• Recording transactions and stock levels.
• Processing customers’ payments.

We are looking for an intern to serve as Kehkeh Driver. The Kehkeh Driver will pick up and drop
off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work
as part of the sales team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and
safely delivered to customers.
To succeed as a Kehkeh Driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to
providing our customers with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring
orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying
customers.
Responsibilities:
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to team members or customers in a safe,
timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the
charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent service, answering questions, and handling complaints.
