Internship Programme at CRS Liberia

(ICT, Gender, and Partnership)

CRS Liberia Internship Programme offers recent college graduates from diverse academic backgrounds the opportunity to gain hands-on job experience with CRS through its internship opportunities.

Interns at CRS get experiential learning opportunities in the developmental sector and a meaningful internship experience that will support their personal and professional development.

Three (3) outstanding graduates in Information Technology, Gender, Partnership, or relevant equivalent will be selected for the program.

Interested applicants should have a reasonable mix of the following criteria.

1. Liberian National.
2. Graduate in the field of Information Technology, Gender, Partnership, or relevant equivalent
3. Should have graduated not more than 1 year from the time of application, with a graduating grade point average of 3.0 or better.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write a monthly report.
5. Fast learner, resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced professional working environment.
6. Experience using MS Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
7. Punctual, reliable, and committed to learning and self-improvement.
8. Have strong academic performance and motivation.
9. Additional consideration will be given to any professional experience relevant to the function you’re applying for.

Applicants meeting the above criteria should submit the following:

• Current CV/Resume.
• Copy of graduating transcript showing Final Grade Point Average (FGPA).
• A 500 words motivation letter detailing why you should be selected for the internship program.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit a written and computer skills test. Applicants who are shortlisted from the test will be invited for interviews and will be required to submit two (2) letters of recommendation- academic and professional/character.
