Summary of Position:
This position will work closely with the Logistics and Supply Chain Manager in maintaining and reconciling the records of all PREVAIL Fixed Assets or Non-Expendable Supplies and Expendable Supplies (clinical and non-clinical supplies, office and clinical/lab equipment, machinery plant, and furniture and fixture) held at all project sites.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Description of Responsibilities:
Monitors reorder points of supplies and initiates action for replenishment.
Reconciles discrepancies in inventories by weekly reviewing warehouse stock release and distribution tally sheet and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
Monitors current inventory of all PREVAIL assets (furniture and fixture, office equipment, clinical/lab equipment, and machinery plant), tracks and investigates problems.
Records purchase information, maintains inventory tracking database or system, regularly performs physical count of assets and reconciles with actual asset count in the inventory database or system.
Prepares a monthly report on assets and supplies (including replenishment request) and submit to the Logistics and Supply Chain Manager.
Participates in after-hours emergency response.
Participates in process improvement activities.
Maintains safe work environment.
Reports to work on time and performs all daily functions.
Follows standard operating procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and inventory control.
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
Database management skills.

Ability to work with spreadsheets and inventory software.
Excellent oral and written communication/reporting skills.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma, or diploma/certificate in Asset/Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, General Management, or other related fields.
Preferred Job-related Experience: Three to five (3-5) years of progressively responsible experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Good writing, reporting and communication skills, sound knowledge of inventory management software.
