Scope
BRAC Liberia intends to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement with one or more qualified suppliers to reliably supply and deliver stationery to support its operations across Monrovia and multiple counties.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Minimum eligibility requirements include:
• Valid business registration certificate
• Current tax clearance certificate

Suppliers may bid for nationwide coverage or for specific regions/counties where they have operational presence.
