INVITATION FOR BIDS

BRAC Liberia invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit bids under the following tender:

Subject: Provision for Framework Agreement for the Supply of Fuel (Diesel & Petrol)

BRAC Liberia intends to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement with one or more qualified suppliers for the reliable supply of diesel and petrol — through supplier fuel stations/service points and/or direct delivery — to support its Country Office, Regional Offices, and branch operations across Monrovia and multiple counties in Liberia.

Minimum eligibility requirements include:

Valid business registration certificate
Current tax clearance certificate
Valid fuel trading license
Company profile and evidence of past contracts of similar nature and scope
Details of fuel stations and/or distribution network, including coverage areas

Suppliers may bid for nationwide coverage or for specific regions/counties where they have operational presence and demonstrated capacity.
