PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT – INVITATION TO BID NOTICE

The Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) is a Humanitarian Organization that works throughout the 15 Counties. The LNRCS is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose mandate is to inspire, encourage, facilitate and promote at all time all forms of humanitarian activities.

LNRCS invites sealed bids from suitably qualified and experienced bidders to submit a proposal for Solar panel 5,turn-key solutions” (i.e. including site assessment,solution design, equipment, transportation and installation of equipment in five counties, Grand Gedeh ,Bong,River Cess , Lofa and Montserrado as per instruction specified in the INVITATION TO BID

Qualification Requirements: The contractor shall appoint a qualified electrical engineer project supervisor with at least five (5) years of professional experience in designing and installing of solar panel systems. The electrical engineer´s qualifications shall be submitted together with the Contractor´s design and offer.

Bid documents containing invitation to bid, instruction to bidders, requirements, general & special conditions of the contract etc. for the service provider can be obtained until 13 December 2024 at 16:00 from LNRCS by sending a request via email at the following email address:

Bids, complete in all respects, in sealed envelope must be received at the below address during office hours from ( Monday to Friday) from 9:00am to 16:00 hrs.. no later than December 13 2024 at 16:00hrs.
