BRAC Liberia Country Office invites qualified and interested hotels, venues, and event/conference service providers to request a copy of the tender document for the following procurement:

Framework Agreement for Provision of Hotel, Venue and Conference Services

BRAC Liberia intends to establish a Framework Agreement with qualified service providers to support its meetings, trainings, workshops, conferences, accommodation, and catering needs across its operations in Liberia, including Monrovia and regional locations.

Interested and eligible bidders may request a copy of the complete tender document, free of charge, by writing to the BRAC Liberia Procurement Department at bidsubmission.liberia@brac.net, quoting the ITB number above and providing the company’s name, address, and contact details.

Completed bids must be submitted no later than 30th September 2026 at 23:59 (Monrovia Time).
