Long Term Agreement for Media Service in Various Categories

We have been building powerful partnerships for children for over 75 years and are active in more than 70 countries.
Plan International Liberia is seeking to establish Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with recognized and reputable media institutions, and companies operating in Liberia under the following below LOTs. The objective is to enhance Plan International’s visibility through credible national media platforms.
The Long-Term Agreement will focus strictly on the following LOT categories:

| LOT 2 | Radio Broadcast Services |
| LOT 3 | Print Media and Social Platforms |
| LOT 4 | Online Special Publication and Advertisement |

Bidders are expected to submit physical copies of their bids by and/or before Tuesday, March 31st, 2025, at 4:30 pm, at the address below.

The bid opening is scheduled for April 6, 2026, at 10:30 pm at Plan International Liberia Office Conference room, and will be attended by bidders or their representatives who choose to be present. Women-owned media businesses and companies actively engaged in and/or advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace are especially encouraged to apply.
Each Bidder must submit only one offer. Submitting more than one offer, either by a Single Company and/or by two Companies partially or fully owned by the same individual, will result in the disqualification of all involved parties without affecting the overall validity of the tender process.
