Concern Worldwide, an international humanitarian organization dedicated to reducing suffering
and ending extreme poverty in Liberia, with current interventions in Rivercess and Grand Bassa
Counties, is advertising for bids:
SOLAR POWER EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION IN THREE (3) HEALTH FACILITIES; 1. FEN RIVER CLINIC, 2.
OPEN BIBLE STANDARD CLINIC, DISTRICT 2 RIVERCESS COUNTY AND 3. CEEGBAH HEALTH CENTER- DISTRICT 4,
GRAND BASSA COUNTY FOR CONCERN WORLDWIDE LIBERIA FOR PROGRAM USE

INSTRUCTIONS
The tender dossier with instructions on how to submit your bid can be collected from Concern Monrovia Office
between 6th & 7th Streets, behind Home City Furniture Store, Sinkor, on Tubman Boulevard, opposite the
Greenland Supermarket, Monrovia-Liberia or Concern Buchanan Office, Otis Spot, Grand Bassa County on
or before 9th February 2026 between 9am to 4pm daily Monday to Friday and 9am – 12:30pm Friday.
Submission Deadline
Bids must be delivered to the Concern Buchanan or Monrovia Office on or before Wednesday, 9th, February
2026 latest 4:00 pm. Late bids, those not in sealed envelopes, not properly labelled or incomplete, will be
rejected. Concern will take no responsibility for bids not delivered directly to Concern’s Office.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives at the Concern Worldwide Monrovia
Office, on Monday 10th, February 2026 at 2:30pm.
Only bidders who have submitted an offer shall participate in the opening of the Bids.
Winning Bidders
Winning bidders will be notified on or before the 23rd, Monday, February 2026 and contract will be awarded
on or before the 27th of February 2026.
Canvassing by tenderer or by proxy shall lead to automatic disqualification by the tender.
