Plan International Liberia intends to procure Educational Materials to be delivered in, Lofa, Bomi and
Nimba Counties, and hereby invites qualified, experienced, and well-established suppliers operating
in Liberia to prepare and submit their bids.

The bid opening will take place on February 6, 2026, at 11:00 A.M, In the presence of suppliers or
their representatives who choose to attend.

Women-owned businesses and companies actively engaged in or advancing gender equality
and women’s empowerment in the workplace are especially encouraged to apply.

Each Supplier must submit ONLY ONE (1) offer. Submission of more than one (1) offer by a company
or by two companies partially or fully owned by the same person will eliminate all of them from the
tendering process without affecting the validity of the whole tendering process.
