Plan International Liberia has an opportunity to implement the Youth Flexible Fund and would like to work with youth groups/organizations that are operating in Nimba, Lofa and Bomi Counties on the implementation of its five years country strategy.

The bid opening is scheduled for March 25, 2026, at 11:00 am.
Youth-led organizations and companies actively engaged in or advancing youth empowerment and women’s empowerment in the workplace are especially encouraged to apply.
Each Bidder must submit only one offer. Submitting more than one offer, either by a single company or by two companies partially or fully owned by the same individual, will result in the disqualification of all involved parties without affecting the overall validity of the tender process.
