Mercy Corps is seeking qualified private sector firms or social enterprises with the expertise, capacity, and skills to manage and operate the UFI community corners on behalf of the communities. The project is in Lakpazee, Wood Camp, and Shoe Factory, all in urban Monrovia.
Method of Submission: If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete the guidelines below. 1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid form below 2. Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by [10th November 2026 11:59 PM] in the below method. 3. Email completed Intent to Bid Form to lr-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line. After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. Mercy Corps uses the SAP Ariba platform as its source to pay system. Suppliers are encouraged to register on the Ariba Commerce Cloud or log in using their existing Ariba Commerce Cloud account username and password in order to access the RFQ/RFP and submit their proposal/bid. Suppliers who are not able to register or access the system will receive the tender via email and be able to submit via email.
