POSITION : ISP Performance Analyst REPORTING TO : ISP Manager DEPARTMENT : Technology |
PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
Coordinate and ensure ISP performance and resolution of customer complaints, and to support optimization strategies to enhance ISP network efficiency. |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES |
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving optimization strategies to enhance ISP performance within the Technology Department. More specifically the role will include: · Provide regular ISP network and clients performance reports that inform the department and clients against the SLAs · Analyze data and information and propose optimization strategies to improve the ISP network efficiency, reduce latency, handle higher traffic loads · Ensure accurate outage information is available by month end for the month’s performance · Contribute to the resolution of ISP customer complaints · Lead outage investigations, reviews, and follow ups on permanent fixes to avoid future occurrences · Provide additional analysis of outages as required · Proactively assess existing ISP network infrastructure (hardware & software) and recommend upgrades and modernization · Analyze data and information to produce reports and disclosures as required by the clients, regulators, and internal teams · Make recommendations to the department where opportunities for performances are identified

Minimum Requirements |
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage. Experience: · Proven record of managing ISP Network infrastructure and modernization with at least 2 years of experience. |
