8. Job Description:

MSC LIBERIA Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT & Data Analyst assistant to join our team. This role combines basic IT support with data analysis responsibilities. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining IT systems while supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve business decision-making.

9. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist in maintaining company systems, networks, and databases
• Collect, clean, and analyse data to generate meaningful insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel or Power BI
• Support data entry, validation, and integrity checks
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and provide solutions

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with databases and SQL is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
