DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing of booking vouchers for transactions and subsequent booking into accounting software
• Preparation of Local Purchase Orders, Cash Vouchers, Invoices, Receipts, Bank Vouchers, etc.
• Reconciliation of ledger accounts for vendors and suppliers
• Proactively tackling problems and suggesting improvements
• Keep information confidential and financial information, recommend financial policies regulations;
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information, recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Perform related work as required.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS (Education, Training, Experience, Skills)

• Bachelor degree in accounting (mandatory)
• Extensive knowledge in accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• High morale and standard of work ethics
• Ambition for further development and education in the field of accounting
• 2 – 5 years of experience in the field
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem solving skills
• Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point
• First experiences with QuickBooks or Odoo Software (Acconting Module)
