AccessBank Liberia is currently looking for dynamic, independent and self-driven
persons to occupy the position of Junior Client Advisor. The selected applicants will
work in the Retail Department within the branches to support deposit growth.

Main Responsibilities
– Verifies customer account balance; Verifies correctness of data
– Seeking, attracting and informing all potential clients about current products of the
Bank, and cross-selling of other Bank’s products to existing clients
– Effectively implementing all banking operations products as per your limit
– Preparing reports of daily activities and producing quarterly reports required by
Branch Manager and Head Office Management
– Anticipating, identifying and promptly addressing tasks and issues that arise in
their area of responsibility that are not specified in the job description
– Properly utilizing the bank procedures to open new accounts for clients and
processing of relevant documents
– Ensures correctness of all payment orders and supporting documentation are
properly reviewed and filed
– Cross check account authorization (holder(s)/representatives identity and
signatures) and supporting clients with the push & pull service
– Providing excellent quality customer service
– Fulfillment of monthly targets as assigned
– Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
Education : University graduate, graduating senior & advance
diploma
Experience : Prior banking experience is NOT required.
Computer literacy : Microsoft Word and Excel,
Languages : Fluency in English

 Thorough and accurate
 Good communication skills
 Ability to work against tight deadlines and pressure
 Honest, reliable and approachable
