Officers in Buchanan.

Job Title: Junior Loan Officer
Department: Credit
Duty Station: Buchanan
Main Responsibilities:
 Conducting the direct marketing of ABL’s product and services to future customers
 Conducting loan assessments, analysis and disbursements to targeted number of client
monthly
 Being aware of Risk and ensuring portfolio at risk (PAR) is within the bank acceptable
standard
 Observing the activities of credit committees, developing the skills and knowledge to
effectively present cases to credit committees
 Preparing daily reports on work activities to the Branch Manager
 Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
Education : University graduate, advance diploma or high school diploma
Experience : Prior banking experience is NOT required.
Computer literacy : Microsoft Word and Excel,
Languages : Fluency in English
Other desirable qualities:
 Thorough and accurate
 Good communication skills
 Ability to work against tight deadlines and pressure
 Ability to meet monthly target
