POSITION: Laboratory Supervisor
CLASSIFICATION: A 1
REPORT TO: Quality Assurance Manager
DEPARTMENT: Brewhouse

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises the Chemical Technical analysis and Fermentation control analysis;
- Prepare monthly statistical reports for all products;
- Supervise Machines calibrations;
- Supervise Filtration and carbonation control;
- Supervise Microbiological analysis and GYLE preparation;
- Conduct Forcing test analysis, Bitter Unit (BU), and Vicinal Diketones (VOK) control;
- Prepare, conduct, and implement Grist analysis;
- Aid in the preparation of the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP);
- Conduct the Waste Management control;
- Prepare the packaging of Durlin samples (company and partners compliance);
- Conduct effluent monitoring and process water monitoring control;
- Analysis of reservoir water and daily counter control;
- Monitor and supervise stability and Turbidity control;
- Conduct Noise reading analysis;
- Supervise and monitor tasting session control;
- Perform related duties as required by the supervisor.
POSITION SPECIFICATION (Education, Training, Experience, Skills):
- BSc degree in Chemistry/Biology
- Training or experience in basic Laboratory and brewing processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good human relation
- Problem-solving ability
- Analytical ability
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
- Ability to perform highly physical tasks

- Technical training in Laboratory work
