Safeguarding Job Responsibilities
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
10.Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall logistics efficiency.
11.Preparation and submission of periodic logistical reports
Required Skills / Capacity:
∙ Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing fleets
∙ Experience in managing inventories and processing invoices.
∙ Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage several activities simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
∙ Experience in monitoring service providers’ contracts and their execution is desirable.
Language: Fluency in the English language.
Experience Requirements:
∙ At least 3 years’ experience in office work and administration assistance ∙ Successful track record in office support services.
∙ Very good communication skills.
∙ In-depth knowledge of BRAC’s operational environment.
