Position Summery

The marketing consultant position is part time and will work to support the Liberia HR Jobs Board in positioning itself in marketplace. Working with INGOs, public sector, and other clients to deliver the services of Liberia HR job boards. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with in-depth knowledge in marketing activities and industry related topics. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills with unmatched enthusiasm for making a difference in marketing a digital products. The ideal candidate should be aware of current trends in online marketing, social media marketing and direct response marketing.

General Responsibilities:

• Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business target
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic

• Finding and growing sales opportunities – gaining new clients
• Create sales presentations for potential clients
• Present Liberia HR Jobs Board Solutions to potential clients
• Manage the clients throughout the sales process
• Maintain the relationship with the clients even after the sale

• Address advertising needs and create a plan for engaging the target market
• Participate in employment forums to show and demonstrate the quality or use of services and products of Liberia HR Jobs Board
• Devise plan to make services and products appealing to the target market

• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
• Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Conduct marketing research to identify business trends and new opportunities
• Advise on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues
• Write reports and marketing presentation with suggestions for improvements and new ideas

Qualification/ attributes

• Degreed in Business, marketing, Finance, Management, Communication or its equivalent
• Influential and ability to produce results
• Leverage with INGOs or business community
• Be a strategic thinker and knowledgeable in everyday marketing activities.
• Excellent communicators, with lots of enthusiasm, who are ready to make a difference. Knowledge of our industry matters
• Proven experience as marketing consultant or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
• Ability to provide strategic and practical advice to boost our company’s marketing efforts.
• Organize our activities and marketing strategy.
