POSITION : Marketing Coordinator – Mobile Voice
REPORTS TO : B2C Marketing Manager
DEPARTMENT : Marketing and Communication

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Marketing Coordinator – Mobile Voice is responsible for the development of Mobile voice products, the growth of revenues, users, and the use of mobile voice. He/she ensures the management of all voice offers in order to ensure better profitability.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop Data KPIs: REC, QREC, voice users, revenue, ARPU, AUPU, the contribution of voice revenue to overall company revenue and mobile voice market share;
  • Set up a dashboard for the daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of the KPIs, mentioned above;
  • In close collaboration with the Communication, Distribution, Customer Experience, Technical teams, etc., builds and oversees the execution of the GTM for mobile voice offers, including coverage;
  • Collaborate with the Planning teams (Marketing, Strategy, Network) for the deployment of new sites;
  • Coordinate the launch of voice offers: validation, implementation, briefing/training of teams and post-evaluation;
  • Monitor the competition and follow the evolution of the mobile voice market;
  • Ensure the follow-up of projects related to voice and work in concert with the local teams and or group or Cluster for their completion as well as the benchmarking;
  • Monitor the testing of the various voice services and make corrections in the event of observed malfunctioning;

Propose initiatives to increase the penetration of voice users

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics and management or any equivalent university degree

Experience:

  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing or management of a mobile data portfolio.
