Customers can finance their purchase over time by paying in weekly or monthly installments, with the option to pay via cash or mobile money. To date, Easy Solar has reached more than 600,000 beneficiaries, distributed through its extensive network of agents and outlets throughout Sierra Leone and Liberia.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to create an ambitious vision for the Easy Solar brand, as we continue to rapidly expand our presence throughout West Africa. Easy Solar’s brand is just emerging in Liberia as a trusted energy provider with high quality products and superior customer service. As marketing manager, your role is to develop the annual marketing plan for Liberia and ensure rapid expansion of visibility of the brand. Managing the annual marketing calendar, you will be in charge of developing go-to-market plans for new product launches, driving promotional campaigns around key seasonal time periods (e.g Independence Day and Festive Season) and overseeing regional marketing activity to support the sales team in the field. You will also oversee our online presence through e-commerce and social media engagement.
Your primary aim will be not only to drive sales, but to foster trust and loyalty with customers, building strong relationships that turn them into lifelong brand ambassadors.
