Position: Marketing Reporting Specialist

Report To: Marketing, Sales & Customers Relations Manager

Department: Marketing, Sales & Customers Relations

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information
  • Enters data in computer database
  • Prepare and maintain correspondence files and reports
  • Keep an accurate log of marketing related activities, promotions and sponsored events
  • Compiles, formats, sorts or routes correspondence as required by office procedures or management requests
  • Operates word processing equipment to prepare correspondence, reports and other documents from word processing software programs; confirms document contents including spelling and formatting requirements before submission or printing
  • Types correspondence of a professional nature according to established style and format guidelines using word processing equipment; corrects errors using editing functions of software programs as needed.
  • Answers or resolves customer service questions and order placement.
  • Keep an actuate log of all calls received, orders taken and value of all transactions.
  • Maintain financial record by processing customer orders and field sales through marketing.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify delivery was made on time and order was delivered
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, brands, distributors, prices and marketing practices.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Monitor radio adverts and provide report supporting the task
  • Keep an accurate log of inventory (receivables, distribution and deliverable).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:

  • College Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • 2-3 years of practical experience
