Job Summary
The Marketing & Sales Officer will lead thepromotion, positioning, and sales of PAROUS GROUP’s digital products and services, including:
- Liberia HR Jobs Board
- Freelance Connect Platform
- Digital HR Software (HRIS)
- Biometric Attendance Solutions
- Website & System Development Services
This role is responsible fordriving revenue growth,acquiring new clients, andexpanding market reachthrough strategic marketing campaigns, direct sales, partnerships, and client engagement.
The ideal candidate isresults-driven, creative, and business-oriented, with the ability to convert leads into paying clients while building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of all PAROUS GROUP digital products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B & B2G)
- Convert leads into clients through effective sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate deals and close sales
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Promote products through:
- Social media
- Email campaigns
- Events and activations
- Develop marketing content:
- Flyers, posts, presentations
- Product descriptions and campaigns
- Manage brand visibility and awareness in the market
Product Promotion & Demonstration
- Conduct product demos and presentations to clients
- Clearly explain digital solutions to non-technical audiences
- Position products based on client needs and pain points
- Work closely with the IT/Product team to align messaging
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Provide excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies
- Provide insights to improve product positioning and pricing
- Support development of go-to-market strategies
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and build partnerships with:
- Organizations
- Institutions
- Corporate clients
- Represent PAROUS GROUP at events, meetings, and networking sessions
- Explore new channels for product distribution
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with:
- IT/Product team (for solution alignment)
- Management (for strategy and approvals)
- Maintain records of:
- Leads
- Sales activities
- Client interactions
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Number of new clients acquired
- Lead conversion rate
