We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Staff to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies, promoting our brand, and driving customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote pharmacy products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, including social media, in-store promotions, and community outreach programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports.
  • Organize health awareness events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, ethical standards, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
