Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lecturer in Mathematics, based in Monrovia. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in mathematics and related fields, including developing and updating curriculum materials, preparing and delivering engaging lectures, evaluating student performance, and mentoring students. The role also involves contributing to academic research and participating in departmental and university activities.

Academic Qualification :

B.Sc. in Mathematics

M.Sc. in Mathematics or Information Technology or Computer Science

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and creating effective instructional materials
• Demonstrated experience and skills in Teaching and mentoring students
• Familiarity with Statistical concepts and their application in academic and professional contexts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master’s or higher degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field
• Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting is preferred
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
