Job Title : Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Tenure : 10 Months
Salary : Negotiable
Reports to : Monitoring Manager
Duty Station : Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County

Main Job/ Responsibilities:

In Coordination with the M&E Manager and Project Manager, develop and /or update
The M&E plan to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quarterly Monitoring data collection, support MOH to strengthen data
reporting system
• Participate in project coordination, review meetings, and training from time to time
and provide inputs
• Support evidence-based decision making capacity building of the project staff
• In coordination with the M&E Manager, lead the planning and implementation of
the project M&E activities including development of program update report.

Knowledge, Skills and competencies:
• Mobile data collection using Kobo, ODK, Compact Care
• Data Management skills using excel, SPSS or STATA
• Interpersonal, analytical and complex decision making skills
• Data collection and report writing

Education and Experience:
Education: BSc, in Sociology, Health Science or similar disciplines with
Diploma/certificate in M&E
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ in Program Monitoring
