Work schedule: Mondays-Saturdays (48 hours)
Duty Station: Montserrado, with frequent travels to counties of operation

Background on KEEP: KEEP is a registered and accredited national Non-profit Organization that works at the grassroots level in 4 counties in Liberia (Grand Gedeh, Gbarpolu, Rivercess & Montserrado) and focuses on providing various support in the education sector, particularly at the primary school level. KEEP also engages in women & girls’ empowerment, economic livelihood, access to justice, promotion of rights in schools, strengthening youth education through computer and reading literacy programmes, child sponsorship and advocacy.
Job Summary:
With supervision of the Executive Director, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will serve as lead on M&E for the organization and will provide M&E functions that covers administrative, financial and programmatic activities of the organization.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as lead in driving the organization’s Monitoring & Evaluation framework on programmatic, administrative, internal controls, procurement and accounts activities covering KEEP’s counties of operations.
- Conduct monthly desk and field monitoring activities across the counties and produce monthly reports.
- Support with the planning, coordination and implementation of KEEP’s various fundraising activities.
- Provide support to the procurement unit in verifying invoices, payment vouchers, delivery notes, bid analysis, etc.
- Be responsible for the monthly stock room reports and provide internal audit support.
- Serve as lead in the tracking of the organization’s strengthening plan for procurement and admin deliverables.
- Conduct bi-monthly organization strengthening coaching with KEEP’s team to provide update on achievements.
- Track and follow up the expiration of various legal accreditations and clearances.
- Ensure that there is an organized filing system (electronic & hard) for all of KEEP’s administrative documentation.
- Also supports as and when needed with basic HR functions like following up on performance goals, leave tracking, updating of employee files, etc.
- Serve as lead on the dissemination of KEEP’s programs across media platforms and work closely with the media team in developing monthly plans and deliverables for media and branding.
- Perform any other duty as may be required.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or Procurement, Education, accounting related field.
- Must have a post graduate certificate or diploma from a recognized institution in M&E.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003/2007, particularly excel, ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, data analysis package and database software; email and internet and various social media apps.
- Good communication skills. Both written and spoken.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations and problem solve.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and a team setting.
- Available to work at flexible schedule that includes evenings and sometimes weekends and or holidays.
