“Médecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an International Private non-governmental, non-profit, humanitarian organization created in 1971. We offer medical assistance to population in distress, victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflicts irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. MSF works in over 70 countries globally and has been working in Liberia for over 35 years. Médecins Sans Frontiers observes neutrality and impartiality in the name of universal medical ethics and the right to humanitarian assistance and demands full and unhindered access in the exercise of its functions.

MSF WaCA is currently working in collaboration with MoH providing mental healthcare services in Mango town, Bensenville, Pipeline, West point and Clara Town.

The call for interest procedure will be open until 27* February 2026.

Article 1. The different categories for which interest is sought are as follows:

1. Participation in the procedure is open under the same conditions to all legally recognized business entities.
2. Applicants must provide documentation that the Government authorities may reasonably require, establishing to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority that they continue to be admitted to the competition
3. Interested service providers & vendors can obtain additional information and can consult the supply file free of charge by making their request known in writing to this email and submit their bids: msfw-liberia-procurement@waca.msf.org

Article 2. Tenders are to be sent in a sealed envelope to the following address between the hour

of 8:00am — 5:00pm daily and or by email to: msfw-liberia-procurement@waca.msf.org

Bidders must pay particular attention to bid instructions and that tenders reach the address

mentioned above by 5:00 pm on 13th March2026 at the latest.

No bids shall be received after the closing date; the non-public opening and evaluation of the tenders will take place at the MSF office at the above-mentioned address.

6. Successful bidders for the next stages will be notified of the outcome of their bids by April

31st, 2026. If this deadline has passed, please consider that your bid has not been accepted.
