MAJOR DUTIES OF JOB HOLDER Main Responsibilities. (Mention the differentiating factors, end
products and accountabilities where no signoff is needed)
Responsible for:
 Monitor the security radio activities.
 Monitor the work performance of contracted security firm.
 Patrol the concession area for the purpose of monitoring and risk assessment.
 Monitor the movement of AML assets.
 Maintain and drive AML security vehicles as needed.
 Coordinate and respond to emergency within the AML concession areas.
Education Requirements for this position (Formal qualifications)
Essential
Appropriate qualification in a related Security or Law enforcement discipline
Desirable
 Minimum 4 years relevant experience in industrial security and at least 2 years driving for a security entity.

 Demonstrated ability to lead a team safely and improve team safety awareness.
 Experience in incident/accident investigation

Essential
 Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams of highly skilled and experienced personnel having diverse cultural
backgrounds.
 Able to clearly demonstrate the aptitude to drive a light vehicle and hold a current Liberian driver’s license or be able
to obtain one.
 Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and show a commitment to understand local
culture and impart your mining operations and technical knowledge to the local Liberian mine operations personnel.
