POSITION : Orange Fab Supervisor – Orange Digital Center (ODC)
REPORTING TO : Executive Director
DEPARTMENT : Orange Foundation

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In Charge of all activities related to Startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Locally Develop business opportunities by scouting, selecting, and processing the startups concerned, and relying notably on Orange’s and other partners’ Business units.
• International development of the Orange Fab by selecting and processing the relevant startups, and relying in particular on the Orange Fabs network.
• Support Startups of the Orange Fab in relations with partners, incubators and third party accelerators.
• Develop activities, events and relationships with the different actors of the local ecosystem.
• Coordinate, facilitate and customize the mentoring programs for startups.
• Coordinate with the communication teams in order to ensure the visibility of Startups, the visibility of Orange Fab in local and international events.

Minimum Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Technology, Engineering or Equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum three (3) years experience in the same Function or as Business Developer
