Summary of Position:
The Participant Tracker Field Supervisor will be in charge of providing supervision, field support and guidance to Trackers during and after research participant’s enrollment in the study. He/she willensure proper coordination of Trackers in engagement with participants in the field to ensure follow-up and retention. The Participant Tracker Field Supervisor must be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relationship with the Trackers and participants at all times. S/he is required to have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meeting deadline in a pressured environment.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Description of Responsibilities
 Provides regular supervision and monitoring of Trackers for tracking the study participants
 Coordinates the activities of Trackers
 Liaises with Social Mobilization and Communication team in engagement with participants and communities.
 Properly documents and submits reports on monitoring and tracking activities in the field
 Provides technical support to the Trackers where necessary and ensures adherence to the standards
 Provides support to the Tracker Manager and Site Tracker Supervisor where necessary and ensures adherence to the standards.
 Do other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
 Education: Associate Degree in Economics, Management or Sociology. Bachelor Degree in Management or Sociology preferred.
 Preferred Job-related Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience..
 Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of supervision and coordination experience.
