Summary of Position:
The Participant Tracker Site Supervisor will provide supervision, support, and guidance to Trackers at assigned Sites during and after research participant’s enrollment in ongoing studies. S/he must ensure proper coordination with Trackers at the Site in engagements with the participants on-site when they attend follow-up visits or related issues. S/he must be able to always establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with the team and participants. The Participant Tracker Site Supervisor will be required to have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a pressured environment.
Description of Responsibilities:
 Provides regular supervision and monitoring of Trackers on site
 Coordinates the activities of Trackers and participants at the clinical site.
 Coordinate the activities of Field Supervisors
 Liaises with the Social Mobilization and Communication team in engagements with participants and communities.
 Properly documents and submits reports on monitoring and tracking at the site.
 Provides technical support to the Trackers where necessary and ensures adherence to the standards
 Provides support to the Tracker Manager and Field Supervisors where necessary and ensures adherence to the standards
 Provides monthly tracking report of all activities
 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
 Education: An AA Degree in Economics, Management, or Sociology is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Social Science will be an added advantage.
 Preferred Job-related Experience: At least three (3) years of related work experience.
 Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in supervision and management at the staff level.
