Orange Money Liberia is a financial institution providing an innovative, mobile phone-based payment system that allows customers to carry out simple banking operations and transactions in total security. It does not require a bank account.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Development of forecast and real accounts while guaranteeing the relevance and accuracy of the information
• Analysis and reconciliation of Orange Money consolidated statements,
• Preparation of audit trails relating to the various reports produced,
• Creation and implementation of indicators performance and decision- making tools,
• Participate in the design, management and monitoring of Orange Money reporting automation projects,
• Support the marketing department in the evaluation of offers and campaigns addressed to customers,
• Evaluation of sales performance and preparation of reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
• Ensure statistical studies on the activity, in order to facilitate decision-making, to detect opportunities and shortcomings, and to identify trends,
• Support managers in economic management and implement the actions necessary to achieve the objectives set,
• Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of new customer offers (products),
• Ensure a watch of its area of expertise,
• Development and planning of the strategic plan.
• Undertakes other duties as requested by the CEO

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with training in the field of competence and 1 – 2 years of professional experience in the field of data analysis. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
• Master statistical tools (SPSS, STATA, R, PYTHON..) and like numbers
• Master office automation and communication tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Decisiveness and attention to detail
• Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, etc.
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
