Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Provide patients with appropriate medication counseling and usage instructions.
• Maintain proper records of dispensed medications.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
• Assist the pharmacist in inventory management and ordering of stock.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensing area.
• Offer excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Dispensing or related field.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the relevant field
• Valid license or certification from the relevant regulatory body (if applicable).
• Proven experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of medications and dispensing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
