Ideal Group LLC runs a pawnshop serving various financial needs of people who need fast funds
to settle their problems. We offer the loan services by collecting a personal material as collateral
for a period of time agreed upon by us and the client.
Ideal Group LLC is capitalized by group of Liberian investors. The Group manages Fidelity Micro
Loan, a licensed pawnbroker that have been in the industry for over six years. Our aim at Ideal
Group LLC is to offer comprehensive loan services in Liberia and we are focusing on providing
personal and specialized services to meet the needs of our prospective customers.
The portfolio manager is responsible for investing ideal’s assets, implementing ideal’s investment
strategies, and managing its day-to-day portfolio. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
✓ Approval of loans within specified limits and referring loan applications outside those
limits to management for approval.
✓ Meeting with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer
questions about the process.
✓ In charge of analyzing applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to
determine feasibility of granting loans.
✓ In charge of explaining to customers the different types of loans and credit options that
are available, as well as the terms of those services.
✓ Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, financial statements, and
other financial information.
✓ Review and update credit and loan files.
✓ Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to
policy.
✓ Compute payment schedules.
✓ Alert of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better
meet customers’ needs.
Requirements
✓ Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
✓ Familiarity with computers and software
✓ Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
✓ Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
✓ High School Graduate, a first degree an added advantage but not a requirement
Salary: $300 USD monthly plus commission on sales.
