14th Regular Recruitment Announcement

Call for Applications Deadline—Friday, October 31, 2025

The President’s Young Professionals Program (PYPP), in collaboration with the Civil Service Agency (CSA), is pleased to announce to the public that its 14th Regular Recruitment exercise is hereby opened. Forty-five (45) exceptionally talented recent university graduates from any discipline will be selected to form part of the 14th Cohort (Class XIV). Interested applicants should have a reasonable mix of the following criteria:

  1. History of service to community or school through involvement in extracurricular activities; 2. Law-abiding Liberian national who is not older than 35 years as of December 31, 2025; 3. Must be a Liberian national with a current National Identification Number (NIN);
  2. Must have a clean record verified by a criminal record check
  3. Recent (up to 3 years) college/university graduate with a 1st degree in any discipline and a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.00.
  4. Strong written and verbal (English) communication skills.
  5. Friendly, patient, fast learner, self-starter, resourceful, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast paced professional working environment, and a strong team player;
  6. Punctual and reliable with a commitment to learning and self-improvement; and
  7. Basic understanding of working with Microsoft Office applications.

  1. Current CV/Resume (2 pages or less).
  2. Scanned copy of recent passport-size photo.
  3. Scanned copy of recent Police clearance (not older than six months).
  4. Scanned copy of current National Identification Card.
  5. Scanned copy of the recent college/university original transcript or original letter of attestation indicating the cumulative grade point average (GPA).
  6. Scanned copy of Three (3) letters of recommendation: one each (Professional, Academic & Community ). 7. In not more than 500 words, your motivation letter should answer the question: “Why are you interested in Public Service and how does public service fit into your professional and personal goals?”

Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and invited to sit the PYPP Written, Computer Aptitude, and CSA Tests. Shortlisted applicants from the tests will be invited to sit group and individual interviews.

Females and persons with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply! Applicants in PYPP pilot decentralization counties (Bong and Grand Bassa Counties) are also encouraged to apply!
