Hours: 48 hours per week
Length of contract: three Months (Renewable on performance)

Job Summary:
- Manage the company’s supply of products and services.
- Strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers by making sure we follow our Procurement Policy.
- Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Examine and test existing contracts
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Work out logistical agreements with suppliers
- Maintain and review purchasing, shipping, and receiving records.
- Clearance the products at the ports
- Monitor warehouse inventory
- Supply our sales agent’s goods
- Manage the product order’s deliveries
Position Requirements
Minimum Education
Work Experience
- BScs in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance or any Business-related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills and abilities
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and review information pertaining to audits and audit reports.
- Strong strategic orientation, demonstrable leadership, interpersonal and financial management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Proficiency in use of accounting package software such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
