Mantrac Liberia Ltd. is the sole authorized dealer for Caterpillar Products in Liberia. ML distributes and supports the full range of caterpillar Forestry, Construction and Mining Equipment as well as Power Generation Systems.

ML also distributes Hyster forklifts, material handling & warehousing equipment for a wide range of industries and applications.

ML has its branch on Somalia Drive , Near Freeport of Monrovia.

Job Description :

• maintained contact with all Fleet, Large, Medium and Small Customers as per Call Parameters in an effort to be continually create awareness of their Parts and Service needs, and to sell the Company’s Parts and repair service whenever possible.
• Submit Call Reports after each call
• Perform Undercarriage Inspections
• Actively manage collections, manage the details of invoices, payments; the Company’s and the clients payment system.
• Collect, analyse and provide market information, i.e. projected customers Parts requirements for inventory forecasting, Competitive Parts Reports, MEP (Machine and Engine Population) data

Qualifications and requirements:

• Good engineering knowledge as provided by a University or technical college education in a related discipline with specific Caterpillar knowledge from successful completion of Parts Pro, attendance at relevant Dealer training programmes and on the job experience.
• Minimum of two years working experience in a Caterpillar Parts department with emphasis on working in service department. Should also have completed the CAT Parts Pro programme.
• Ability to operate and interpret Caterpillar technical aids including SIS, PSK’s and dealer software
• Very good communication skills, good negotiation skills, tenacity, self motivation and good IT skills a pre requisite.
• An experience in the private sector will be an added advantage
