PSI leads the implementation of USAID’s 5-year Countywide Sanitation Activity (CWSA). We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the project’s ambitious goal of achieving a sustained end to open defecation and adoption of basic sanitation by all households in 5 counties of Liberia. Currently in the second year of implementation, the project will reach its goal through successful achievement of four results: improved governance of the sanitation sector, the adoption of key sanitation behaviors, strengthened sanitation markets, and increased access to financing.
This ambitious, learning-oriented project seeks equally ambitious and curious staff to bring creativity, energy, and an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve project objectives. This is a superb opportunity for a passionate development professional with at least five years of experience in managing donor-funded projects and an interest in developing technical competencies in market-based sanitation and sanitation behavior change.
