Job Title : Project Manager

Main Job/ Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Empowerment and Fulfilled (E&F) Project Manager
BRAC Liberia focal persons and the overall supervision of BRAC Country Director,
the incumbent shall implement and coordinate all program activities in targeted
communities in their assigned Counties

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure no stock out of Reproductive Health Commodities at all project supported
health facilities.
• Development of monthly operational plan to support quality implementation of E&F
activities in the respective Counties
• Work with relevant authorities to ensure smooth running of school health clusb
• Work in Coordination with some permanent communities based Organization
(CBOs), local partners and traditional leaders in Counties to improved and
strengthen ASRH key message
• Ensure communities sensitization and awareness meetings within targeted
communities are conducted with focus on Family Planning commodities availability
and accessibility
• Participate in supervision of E&F youth friendly health centers and all E&F projects
sites (Schools & Communities)
• Participate in Counties level coordination meetings
• Conduct need based training and provide refresher training to facility–based health
workers to provide comprehensive abortion care (CAC or post abortion care PAC)
Family planning (PPFP), and other key ASRH&R services.
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Make timely and quality monthly progress reports and submit other official documents to
BRAC Country Office
• Perform other duties as require by BRAC Management

Knowledge, Skills and competencies:
• Fluent in speaking English with good communication skills
• Coordination and team Management skills
• Computer knowledge in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Training facilitation skills

Education and Experience:
Education: Master Degree in Development Studies or related field
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience in Adolescents Sexual and Reproductive
Health
International work experience is an added advantage
