Job Description:
We are seeking a serious-minded, hardworking, reliable and competent team member to join
our vibrant company. You will be responsible for helping the company to achieve its goals and
targets. Your duties may include assisting customers and answering their questions, preparing
and following checklists, collaborating with co-workers and management, completing daily
tasks, and complying with safety and security regulations.
To excel in this role, you should be passionate about the disabled community, young people,
customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicants should
be physically fit and be able to work irregular hours over during the week, and over weekends
and public holidays.

Age requirements:
19 – 25 years old

Responsibilities:
Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
Arrive for your shift on time.
Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from clients we serve.
Conduct administrative duties and errands as required.
Escalate any problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager.
Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively.
Man and operate equipment relative to your role.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements:
High school diploma with relevant experience.
Further training may be required.
Friendly, reliable and punctual.
Strong communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.
Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts).
Enjoy working and serving people.

You have experience managing programs, building knowledge and supporting communities.
You are incredibly detail-oriented, organized and energetic. You have experience rolling up your
sleeves and executing on deliverables with precision and have a history working with a variety
of individuals.
You approach complex problems with flexibility, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude. You
have a history of staring challenges in the face and driving teams toward timely, impactful
solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work independently and play
a leadership role. You see yourself as a sponge and jump at the opportunity to learn from and
with your teammates.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled or graduated university in a related subject such as political science,
organizational management, statistics, international relations, history or economics.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in any of: knowledge management, community building,
operations, skills training, and communications.
• English writing and reporting skills.

Start date: Application deadline is January 31st, 2020, and the position will begin in
February 2020.
Location: Williette Safehouse Office in Monrovia, Liberia
Compensation: We pay a competitive stipend.
