individuals to fill the following regular International position.
Position: Number of Vacancies: Five (5)
Job Title : Regional Accountant
Tenure : 1 year (Renewable based on Project and budget)
Salary : Negotiable
Entry on Duty : 1 April 2020
Reports to : Finance and Accounts Manager
Duty Station : Gbarnga Region
Purpose: To fill a vacancy in the Gbarnga Region, BRAC Liberia
Key responsibilities:
i. Monitoring and Supervision of Branch and Area Offices;
ii. Payroll preparation
iii. Withholding tax and National Social Security Tax preparation
iv. Cash and Bank transaction monitoring
v. Ensuring compliance at Branch and Area levels
vi. Regular Bank Reconciliation
vii. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Country Representative.
Knowledge, Skills and competencies:
 Sound knowledge in Accounting
 Advanced user of MS Excel and Word
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Ability to work well under pressure and independently
 Able to travel extensively in the field.

Education and experience:
Education: MA, Accounting
Experience: 3 years’ experience in Accounting
