Request for Pre-Qualification
for
Construction Management of Small to Medium Towns Water Supply Systems
The USAID Improved Access to Safe Drinking Water in Liberia Activity (the Activity), implemented by Winrock International and its partners WaterAid and FEI Consulting, is pleased to invite interested organizations to submit pre-qualification documents to provide Construction Management Services (the Service). Qualified Construction and Engineering firms will be shortlisted to bid on construction of small to medium towns water supply system for selected intervention communities in following all applicable standards and professional best practices.
With this Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ), Winrock seeks to build a shortlist of construction firms that are eligible to implement the requested services, according to the Scope of Work, designs, BOQs, and technical specifications that will be provided to the short-listed bidders as part of the Request for Proposal (RFP). If selected using the evaluation criteria described below, applicants will be eligible to submit full proposals including technical and financial proposals and compete to provide the construction services. To receive a document that includes a brief Scope of Work, application requirements, and selection criteria, please send your email request to liberiawaterprocurement@winrock.org. In sending email requests, interested firms are required to indicate the name of their firm, contact information including but not limited to the name of the contact person, email address, and telephone number. This part of the RFPQ provides additional information that will allow bidders to understand the nature of the scope and submit
their pre-qualification documents in the appropriate format (SF330 and its extra sections). Thank you for your interest and we look forward to your participation.
