PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE

The Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) is a Humanitarian Organization that works throughout the 15 Counties. The LNRCS is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose mandate is “to respond to the needs of vulnerable people affected by emergencies, disasters, ill-health and contextual social issues at all times and to treat them with dignity and without discrimination”.

The LNRCS, through the support by its partner the International Federation of Red Cross, in line with the National Society Development initiative to “Invest in NS Asset for enhanced Resource Mobilization”, is seeking a qualify individual consultant, who will conduct Market Survey and develop a Business Plan for the Liberia National Red Cross Society Guest House in Sanniquellie, Nimba County,

Interested individuals shall meet the below minimum qualification:

• A Degree in Business Administration
• 3-5 years work experience in Business development, investment & strategic plans for business entities
• Good knowledge in market research

Qualified individual consultants are to submit the following documents no later than February 15, 2023, to: The office for recruitment, Liberia National Red Cross Society,107 Lynch Street.

• Letter of Expression of Interest
• Brief write up on past projects implemented
• CV with three references
• Copies of Degree or Professional qualifications
