PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE

The Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) is a Humanitarian Organization that works throughout the 15 Counties. The LNRCS is an impartial, neutral, and independent organization whose mandate is to inspire, encourage, facilitate, and promote at all times all forms of humanitarian activities.

The LNRCS, through the support of its partner the Swedish Red Cross, in line with its National Society Development BSCCR Project in sustaining the Liberian National Red Cross Society (LNRCS), is seeking a qualified Construction Company for the Designing, Re-modification & Construction of a Concrete Slab over the LNRCS Clinic Maternity Section with all related works inclusive,

Bidder shall be a certified Construction Company by the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) and licensed by the Public Procurement and Concession Commission (PPCC) of Liberia, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing this service.

Proposal documents containing facility inspection & work assessment permission letter, instruction to bidders, requirements, general & special conditions of the contract, etc. for the service provider can be obtained until February 10, 2023, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) at the LNRCS Office for a NONE REFUNDABLE COST of ($50.00) Fifty United States Dollars

Facility inspection & Works Assessment by interested participants will be done on schedule between February 13 & 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM (Site visit is a compulsory requirement for Bid submission)

The proposal, complete in all respects and in a sealed envelope must be received no later than February 17, 2023, at 4:00 PM at the LNRCS Office,107 Lynch Street.
