INSTRUCTIONS
The consultancy TOR documents is to be collected from Concern Worldwide Monrovia Office between 6th & 7th Streets, behind Home City Furniture Store, Sinkor, on Tubman Boulevard, opposite the Greenland Supermarket, Monrovia-Liberia. The items can be inspected at the same location from Thursday, August 31, 2023 to Friday, Sept. 08, 2023, during work hours, on Friday offices close at 1:30pm.
Submission Deadline
Proposal must be delivered to the Concern Worldwide Liberia Office in Monrovia on or before Monday, September 11, 2023 latest 10:00am. Late proposal submission including those that will not be in sealed envelopes or incomplete submission, will be rejected. Concern Worldwide will take no responsibility for any proposal not delivered directly to Concern’s Office.
Proposals Opening
Proposals will be opened at the Concern Worldwide Monrovia’s Office, on Monday September 11, 2023 at 2:30pm.
Selection of successful candidate
The selectee will be notified on the 13th, Wednesday, and the contract will be awarded on or before Friday, September 15, 2023.
Canvassing by any service provider and or entity or by proxy shall lead to automatic disqualification.
