Request for Proposal (RFP): Contracting of a digital firm to provide a technological platform to accelerate promotion of sanitation practices in Rural Liberia

The Countywide Sanitation Activity (CWSA) funded by USAID is intended to permanently end open defecation using the market-based approach in five selected counties: Lofa, Bong, Nimba, Grand Bassa, and Rural Montserrado

CWSA is soliciting proposals from a national or international Digital firm that will utilize their digital technology to reinforce and promote messages for people to buy, build and use Queen Toilets and other recommended sanitation practices in ending Open defecation in Liberia. This information will be used across all campaign messages, calls to action, communication channels, and audiences. The Digital firm will also develop an online and offline platform for program participants to access information on

sanitation products, Transform and translate messages to appeal to targeted participants, Share weekly messages and provide feedback on the reach/coverage of messages and train select staff, businesses, artisans and key stakeholders from ministries and counties on the use of digital platforms in five counties (Montserrado, Lofa, Bong, Nimba and Grand Bassa) that will be used over the life of the campaign. The campaign seeks to increase awareness of queen toilet products leading to an increase in purchase, construction, and consistent use. Make them more visible and recognizable to the target audience, and attract business owners to invest in sanitation businesses.
