Title: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Sealing Up Powerhouse at JFK Hospital Compound.
Project objective: The goal of the project is to seal up the existing JFK powerhouse and reinstall. long-span zinc and repair all cracked walls around the powerhouse to prevent the two 250-KVA Generators from sea moisture and rainwater.

Background:
The Mitchell Group, Inc. (hereinafter “TMG”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Washington, DC, United States of America, implementing the Partnership for Research on Vaccines and Infectious Diseases in Liberia (PREVAIL) with offices at A.M. Dogliotti College of Medicine Campus, Oldest Congo Town, Monrovia, Liberia, is seeking to hire a qualified construction firm to seal up the existing powerhouse and reinstall available long-span zinc and repair all cracked walls around the powerhouse at the John Kennedy Memorial Center on 22nd street, Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia.

Proposals that will meet the eligibility requirements details above shall be considered for evaluation. Before concluding on the eligibility requirements, TMG may contact offerors to seek clarification on proposals submission that are insufficient. Responsive bidder may be contacted to answer questions, negotiate, and discuss offers, and potentially be asked to submit a “Best and Final Offer”.
TMG intends to evaluate offerors in accordance with the following criteria:
The personnel section should present the staff and consultant qualifications of the firm and should be presented using the format below.

The proposal should provide a detailed account of the construction company’s track record in implementing similar activities to those outlined in this RFP. The information should include any major projects and all relevant awards performed within the last three years that are similar in size, scope and objectives. At a minimum the list should include for each reference award:
(a) The name of the contracting or awarding organization,
(b) The activity title, including location

(c) A brief description of the activity
(d) The period of performance, (start and completion dates)
(e) The award amount (contract budget), and amount of any Amendments or Change Orders, 1. (f) The name and contact information of the responsible person in the contracting or awarding organization
The bidder shall submit a Cost Proposal which must be separated from the Technical Proposal. The budget will be used to evaluate cost reasonableness only. Payments will be made based on specified deliverables.
