PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE

The Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) is a Humanitarian Organization that works throughout the 15 Counties. The LNRCS is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose mandate is to inspire, encourage, facilitate and promote at all time all forms of humanitarian activities.

The LNRCS, through the Project Building a Sustainable Liberian National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) for Community Resilience, supported by its partner the Swedish Red Cross, in line with reducing our Carbon Footprint to sustain the environment; The LNRCS is seeking a qualify Solar System Company for the Designing, Installation & Commissioning of the System to the LNRCS building (Head Quarter Office and Clinic Facilities autonomously), including a one year period of maintenance service,

Bidders shall be a certified Solar System service providers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing this service.

Proposal documents containing facility inspection & assessment permission letter, instruction to bidders, requirements, general & special conditions of the contract etc. for the service provider can be obtained until Oct. 21, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) at the LNRCS Office for a NONE REFUNDABLE COST of ($100.00) One Hundred United States Dollars

Facility inspection & Load Assessment by interested participants will be done on schedule between Oct. 24 & 25, 2022 at 10:00AM (Site visit is a compulsory requirement for Bid submission)

Proposal, complete in all respects and in a sealed envelope must be received no later than Nov. 8, 2022 at 4:00PM at the LNRCS Office ,107 Lynch Street.
